Aged White Chalk Furniture Paint, the perfect colour to create a vintage-look with it’s caramel and bronze undertones. Aged White Chalk Furniture Paint will glide on with easy application giving a matte, cottony finish. Available in 1 Litre, 500 ml and sample pot size 120ml, little prep, no fuss and washes up in water.

Paint Surfaces & Application

Aged White Chalk Furniture Paint can be used over timber, laminate, metal, laminex, varnish, fabric, water and oil based paint, clay, wicker and tiles without the need for priming or sanding. However, be aware that tannin rich timbers will firstly require a stain block to be applied to prevent leaching. We love Zinsser Smart Prime for stain blocking. See our FAQ page for more detail

Naturally, your item will need to be clean and free of all loose and flaking material, dirt and grease/oil. We recommend cleaning your surface with a sugar soap solution or a small amount of solvent/methylated spirits which will clean the surface of any dirt and grease. Surfaces should be sound and free of any mildew or rust. 

Stir well making sure there are no contents sitting on the bottom of the can. Apply 1, 2 or 3 coats of Aged White Chalk Furniture Paint (depending on your item and the look you want to achieve) with either a brush or roller. Touch dry within around 30 minutes. Re-coat in 1 to 2 hours depending on the weather. Finish by either waxing or applying Clear Top Coat. The paint will be fully cured after 7 days. 

 Aged White Chalk Furniture Paint 1 Litre covers between 10 - 14 square metres, depending on your item.

Umm excuse me?

Holy smokes was I blown away by this product. I was a bit hesitant at first as I've bought cheaper chalk paint before but thought I'd give this a go as my friends raved about its coverage and how it looks when dry. I have never been one to try a product then be so delighted I just had to review it, alas here we are. You pay more however the results are priceless love how it turned out and I feel that my ordinary cupboard is now extraordinary thanks to this beauty

Absolutely stunning

This colour is absolute vintage dreams, slides on so smoothly with excellent coverage and a gorgeous finish. I was going to throw out an old cupboard however this aged white brought it back to life and I am so in love with how well this product worked. The warmth of the white and caramel undertones gave my furniture simplicity, elegance and that vintage vibe that makes you want to sip elegant earl greys and dance in a floral kimono. Love it!
